What is a Doula?

“Doula” comes from a Greek word that means “One who helps”

A doula is a loving compassionate presence who supports you and your family through pregnancy, birth and the early transition to parenthood.

My role is to help you feel supported, and deeply cared for during this special time.

I simply believe in mothers.

Grounded, patient, joy-filled and deeply aware of how fleeting and precious these moments are.
